Day 1:
Paris, France. Bienvenue! Time to relax or to begin exploring the magnificent “City of Light.” Your Local Host provides you with a Destination Guide, full of useful city information, and is on hand to help you create lasting memories.

Day 2:
Paris. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation takes you to famous Parisian landmarks: see the Latin Quarter, Napoléon’s Les Invalides, the Opéra, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, which honors those who fought for France, and drive along the Champs-Elysées. Admire the rose windows and other splendors in NOTRE DAME CATHEDRAL. Take photos of the Eiffel Tower from one of the best panoramic viewing points. (B)

Day 3:
Paris. Full day at leisure to enjoy this romantic city. (B)

Day 4:
Paris-Nice. Early morning transfer to the high-speed TGV TRAIN (first-class); mid-afternoon arrival at your Nice hotel. (B)

Day 5:
Nice. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation features the PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS, originally built in the second half of the 18th century. Walk through the OLD TOWN to admire Italian-style palaces from the mid 1700s and fine examples of the Belle Époque. See Cours Saleya with the Palace of the Kings of Sardinia, the daily flower market, and Place du Palais with the law courts and Palais Rusca. (B)

Nice. Full day at leisure. (B)
