London, England. Arrive in London. Balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 2:
London. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation takes you past the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben beside the River Thames, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall’s mounted horseguards, the Prime Minister’s Downing Street, and Piccadilly Circus. Visit ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL and see the Changing of the Guard (if held) at Buckingham Palace. (B)

Day 3:
London. Full day at leisure for you to enjoy the very best of London. (B)

Day 4:
London–Paris, France. Morning transfer to the high-speed EUROSTAR TRAIN (upgrades to Standard Premier available); mid-afternoon arrival at your Paris hotel. (B)

Day 5:
Paris. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation takes you to famous Parisian landmarks: see the Latin Quarter, Napoléon’s Les Invalides, the Opéra, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs-Elysées. Admire the rose windows in NOTRE DAME CATHEDRAL. Take photos of the Eiffel Tower from one of the best panoramic viewing points. (B)

Day 6:
Paris. Full day to explore the magnificent “City of Light.” (B)

Day 7:
Paris–Barcelona, Spain. Travel by air to Barcelona on selected flights. (B)

Day 8:
Barcelona. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation includes a drive along elegant Passeig de Gracia. See Gaudi’s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, Plaza Lesseps, and the Gracia district. Visit PARK GÜELL and the extraordinary, but still unfinished, SAGRADA FAMILIA BASILICA. Your included entrance fees contribute to its completion. (B)

Day 9:
Barcelona. A full day to enjoy this splendid city at your own pace. (B)

Day 10:
Barcelona–Madrid. This morning, travel by high-speed AVE TRAIN (first-class) arriving in the early afternoon. (B)

Day 11:
Madrid. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation features a visit to the palatial PRADO MUSEUM and the PLAZA DE ESPAÑA. Also see the Parliament, Cibeles Fountain, Orient Square with the ornate Royal Palace, Retiro Park, and Puerta de Alcala. (B)

Day 12:
Madrid. A full day at leisure. You may wish to journey out of town to admire Seville’s historic heritage. (B)

Day 13:
Madrid. Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning. (B)
